Description

We offer a set of 6 hooks for attaching the cable, so that you can freely use the VR goggles. Almost every goggles on the market today, we connect with a cable to a PC. The cable usually gets tangled between your legs or other objects in the playing field, so we offer a system of suspended hooks to solve this problem.

A set of six ceiling mounts will make it easy to expand your range of motion, as the cables are swivel and the cable can go in different directions.

- or by gluing the hooks to a flat surface

2. DELIVERY TIME

VortexVR usually processes orders on the same business day if the product(s) are in online stock and the order is placed before 14:00. Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping option (1-6 working days).

We offer delivery via DHL®, PostNord® or UPS® to the whole country.

If the order cannot be delivered within the agreed time, you will be informed. You then have the right to cancel the purchase, if desired.

3. PAYMENT

We accept VISA and MasterCard/EuroCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Fill in your card number, the card's validity period and the card's CVV2/CVC code. The money will be deducted directly from your account when you authorise the transaction. All transaction information is sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is encrypted, i.e. highly secure. We accept the most common Swedish payment cards, VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, but not Maestro or VISA Electron. If you have problems with the payment, contact VortexVR customer service. Our partner for card and direct payment is Shopify Payments. You can also pay via PayPal, which is a global secure payment solution.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - 14 DAYS

The right of withdrawal gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and certain services (see exceptions in the last section). The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the seller of the delivery within 14 days of receiving the delivery (notice of withdrawal).
