About the application
VortexVR Application is an internal software tool operated by Vortex Virtual Reality, a European e-commerce retailer of virtual reality accessories based in Warsaw, Poland. The application is not a public product. It is used only by the operator, to manage the operator's own advertising.
What the application does
The application connects to the Google Ads API to read and manage advertising campaigns across the Google Ads accounts owned by Vortex Virtual Reality. It is used to analyse campaign performance across our European markets, review budgets and bidding strategies, monitor product feed coverage, and generate internal reports.
Who uses it
The application is used exclusively by authorised personnel of Vortex Virtual Reality. It is not offered to the public, not sold, and not made available to third parties.
What data it accesses
The application requests a single OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Through it, the application reads campaign structure and settings, performance metrics, budgets, bidding strategies, conversion action configuration, audience lists, product feed information and account change history, from Google Ads accounts owned by or authorised to Vortex Virtual Reality. The application does not access data belonging to any third party.
How data is used
Data is used solely for internal reporting, analysis and campaign optimisation. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
VortexVR's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
